‘Bhola’ is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film ‘Kaithi’ in which Karthi was the hero. This was the first film of director Lokesh Kanagaraj from where a new cinematic universe started. Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Fazil starrer ‘Vikram’ was the second film in this universe and has earned its own cult following by earning more than Rs 400 crore at the box office.
